GORI 88 OPAQUE is an opaque, solvent based wood stain with surface fungicide properties. GORI 88 is based on alkyd resins and is very easy to apply due to its thixotropic formulation (minimizes tendency to drip). Gives the wood a weather resistant and diffusion-open surface.

Recommended for

New and previously treated outdoor wood – particularly facades), as well as windows and front doors on the interior and exterior sides.

Recommended system: Untreated and sanded wood: 1 x GORI 22 + 2 x GORI 88

 

Substrate preparation

Apply on dry, clean wood free from dust, fats, old paint, etc. Apply on all sides of the wood, as well as sections and ends.

Drying Time:

• touch dry: app. 3-4 hours
• recoat: app. 24 hours

• 1 L = 8-10 m²
